Redwood transfer - a couple of questions

We have a few questions with the Redwood transfer page.

Documentation: Redwood Experience for Transfer Process

Business Unit: It doesn't appear that during a transfer the Business Unit can be changed. However, it can be changed in a transfer in responsive UI. Was that intended? In the documentation, the BU is on the "When and Why" page - but that is not how it actually displays. It displays on the transfer page and isn't editable.

How are other clients executing a transfer to a different business unit if it's not available in the transfer transaction?

Seniority Dates: Seniority dates added to transfer is new in Redwood. What was the intent here? It doesn't appear that seniority dates are being updated in the UI during the transaction.
