Ability to Map Multiple resources to a resource Inspection Plan

Summary:

We have a business requirement to create 2800+ Resource inspection plans, currently system does not support creating one inspection plan for Multiple resources or creating a single inspection plan for a resource class. In absence of this functionality we are forced to create individual resource inspection plans. Please let us know has anyone faced this issue and any inputs will be appreciated
