Sales Agreement not defaulting at line level in Order Management UI

Hi Team,

While creating sales orders in Fusion, we have a requirement to apply Sales Agreements only at the line level without setting or defaulting them at the header level. However, we observed that the system currently allows the Sales Agreement to default only when entered at the header—this value then cascades to all lines.

This is creating a limitation for our business, as Sales Agreements may vary based on items or other conditions and should not be applied uniformly to the entire order. As a result, lines are missing the appropriate Sales Agreement reference, which is impacting downstream processes.
