parameter value while scheduling report

In order to retrieve data from FLA_LEASE_BALANCES_ALL table, we were told that need to run Generate Lease Transactions and Balances Report every GL period. as you can see, only up to the latest 'open' period is the last available to select:

For each Business Unit, we need to schedule this report every month end, can we schedule dynamically this processs ?

so we don't miss the execution at month end for each business unit.

Or is there a way we can have more gl periods in the List of Values of that parameter? so we can schedule the report in advance.
