ChRM Channel Revenue Management Categories are not visible in Customer program products section

Hi

We are trying to setup customer program for customer promotion program type with criteria Categories but unable to see the list of values in the category LOV.

and also unable to search the items via item search

Can anyone help how to see the categories and enable item search in ChRM redwood pages.
