Pension Arrears percent element not showing on statement of earnings

Summary:

An arrears percentage element was required as this was not created when we migrated to Fusion Cloud.

I have created this element and I can add the element to an employee but it is not showing in the statement of earnings when I run a quickpay.
Can someone advise how I can get this element to appear on the quickpay and ultimately on the payslip?

Any guidance appreciated to point me in the right direction.
