Digital Assistant using SaaS application
Summary:
We have configuration setups based on the Oracle documentation using the Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) platform to pull digital assistants. However, we currently configured Digital assistant using Oracle documentation, but we came to know from our CSM that it has consumed PaaS license for using Digital assistant and they have mentioned that we have two ways to activate Digital Assistant. One from PaaS, where it consumes license, and another way is SaaS without consuming any additional license to activate Digital assistant. As we have pulled Digital Assistant from store, and we are using it without extending the pre-built Digital Assistant,
