Is it possible to freeze the OTBI report output header row and column in Oracle Coud PLM.

Summary:

We are able to freeze the OTBI report output header row in OTBI Reports dashboard (OCPLM). However, the report is shrinking to the corner of the screen with scroll bar. Increase in height and width of the table is cropping off the reports column. Apart from this issue, we are also not able to freeze the column. Please suggest.
