Can we change/update just the bank account name of the employee through the Personal Payment method

Hello Team,

We have received a query from our client where an employee wants to change just the account holder name while keeping the same account number and bank details.

For example:
Current – M S Black
Requested – Mike Black

I couldn't find any option in Oracle to update just the account holder name. Could you please confirm if this is achievable or if there's any workaround?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
