Why would one instructor have many Named Virtual Classrooms while setting up Activities

We have some instructors when creating an activity sees multiple Named Virtual Classrooms. The list seen is all the same but its approximately 8 in the drop down for Teams Integration. We have been told to run the "Retrieve Latest LDAP Changes" and ran that however it didn't resolve anything. When choosing a Named Virtual Classroom, we don't know which to choose because they look the same. Any ideas on how to resolve?
