How do we open a Supply Plan or a Demand Plan in Redwood Supply Chain planning

In Oracle demo environments, pod etit, I can get to supply chain planning, I see a listing of processed plans, I see some that are public access, I do not see an option to open the plan to enter into it. How do I enter into one of the public plans?
