Issue with the Custom Data role

in Reporting and Analytics for HCM

Hi,

We are using a custom role titled "Hub Data Role - Hub Driver Services". Users assigned this role should be able to view all information related to that specfic job role (Owner Operators) when running reports.

However, we’ve identified that users are currently unable to access information related to all the job role(Owner Operators) and certain some part of this job role (IC drivers).

We have verified everything regarding the data role and we have identified that there is no issue with data role at all. But the expected data is not pulling at all.
