Unable to see Sponsored Project check box while configuring Project types

While creating new project type, I'm not able to see the 'Enable Sponsored Project' checkbox. Please assist on this at the earliest.

I also saw a possible solution on another question where the solution was to change the implementation status :

 Navigator> Setup and Maintenance>

1.Select the 'Grants Management' icon

2. Click Setup button

3. Actions> Edit Implementation Status

4. Select implementation status to 'Implemented' or 'In Progress'.

But I can't find the mentioned button:

Please assist at the earliest.
