offer approval flow is not visible in Redwood UI- post upgrade 25A

we have done our upgrade in DEV and TEST. I am doing some testing and noticed that the redwood ui do not show the approval flow details to the recruiter. i tried with other offer team member profiles and none of them can see the approval flow details. I checked in responsive ui and the recruiter can see the approval process there. I confirm that we have enabled all 3 profile values for the offer tranfer to Redwood. H

owever, we do not see the offer pages in redwood either.

Anyone knows what is happening?
