OSMH: Increasing the Limit for Custom Software Sources (CSS) in OS Management Hub

Symptoms:
Users attempting to create more than 50 Custom Software Sources (CSS) in the OS Management Hub service are unable to do so. When trying to add additional CSS beyond this limit, the action fails because the CSS resource type is not listed OCI "Service Limits" page for OSMH service.

Cause:
The default maximum number of Custom Software Sources is limited to 50 per tenancy.
This resource type is not listed directly in the OCI "Service Limits" page, as it is considered an additional limit.

Solution:

To increase the number of Custom Software Sources (CSS) beyond the default limit, follow these steps:
