Transfer Process is not posting salaries for all employees ecxept 1-2 employees

Hi,

After working on a increment plan, I ran the transfer data to Core HR process. The salaries for only 2-3 employees were posted and there was no visibility on the "salary change" of other employees. Upon viewing the reports, the process for rest of the employees failed, showing error "commit failed" with no further description. Also the element entries of "basic salary" didnt get updated for the employees except for those 2-3 employees whose salary were updated. Please let me know what to do.
