News Feed notification cannot synchronize after task completed

Summary:

in previous Panel and Banner version, notification will disappear automatically after task is dismissed or processed, in News Feed version, user completed process a task (approved/rejected/dismissed), but the Bell notification, “Assigned to me” and “Action Required” still show the task.

Told by Oracle support, there must schedule a ESS job "Synchronize Notifications in Global Header" to synchronize the notification with "Bell notification" as well as the "Action Required", but while per guidance, to run the process more frequently, it is scheduled to run at most every 30 minutes. However, It is so confused to user that when they completed task whatever approved/rejected/dismissed it, the Bell notification, “Assigned to me” and “Action Required” still show the task as outstanding task.
