HR Unable to search Employees in View Compensation history

Hi Team,
We are facing some in View Compensation history:
When HR navigates to the My Client Group>Compensation Tile> search for View Compensation History>search for Employee and click.
The Error says"
When HR navigates to My client Group>Show more> View compensation history then hr is not able to search for that employee
Referred to couple of post from here and found that privilege were missing and we added the necessary privelege, ran the ldap process and "Regenerate Data Security" Grants" Process from Scheduled process. But still issue is not resolved.
