Hello,

We're currently facing an issue with our customer: they would like Job Offer Approvers to see only the job offers they are required to approve.

Unfortunately, we cannot adopt the two standard Oracle solutions:

  • adding them as collaborators
  • Granting visibility based on their assignment (AoR) > because they would be able to view Confidential Job Offers (Recruiting Type = Confidential), which is not acceptable.

Is there any way to restrict visibility so that Job Offer Approvers can see only the job offers they need to approve, without assigning them as collaborators or granting full visibility based on their assignment?
