Prevent "En Route" Status Activation After a Guard Duty Activity
We have a use case where we need to prevent the "en route" status from being automatically activated for a technician when the previous activity is classified as a guard duty activity.
Is there a way to configure Oracle Field Service to bypass or delay the "en route" status transition specifically for activities following a guard duty? For example, can this be achieved through business rules, activity type settings, or a custom plugin?
Any guidance on available configurations, workarounds, or recommendations for implementing this requirement would be greatly appreciated
