Auto sync Job profile to Person Talent Profile

Hi All,
We have a requirement where in can we sync the job profile to employee hired against the Job. So we are currently using Position management and position contains job which have job profile defined. If we hire a person again the position, will the job profile attached to position will autosync to person talent profile
