What privileges are required to use the Item Quantities Redwood screen?

In the documentation of enabling the Item Quantities page, we are seeing only the profile option needed to enable the page. But there seems many privilege requirement for the page to function properly, like the List of Values for Organization, Subinventory, Purchase Order,

Some of the REST API documentation is not helping in finding the desired privileges.
Could you please help to provide the list of privileges needed for accessing subinventory and Purchase Order List of values?
