Multiple Managers in an Organization

Summary:

We have created a resource organization hierarchy for cx sales. And in that we have technical team and other teams. So we want to have 2 or more managers in one resource organization. So is it possible that we can add the two managers in one resource organization where one will be sales manager and another will be technical manager.
