Assigning activities which are about to be late

Hello,

I have put this in the ideas lab, but thought would ask a similar question here.

In the areas in Filters where it is "Assigning activities which are about to be late", I was wondering if there is a way to only have the overdue setting activated, if OFSC had reached a certain amount of the SLA (for example sake - 90%), instead of essentially adding it to the beginning of the job.

If anyone has experience with this I would love to hear from you.

Do not assign activities with more than  minutes overdue*
