Redwood procurement notifications 25A

Question:

We noticed that as part of patch upgrade note from Oracle for 25A, it is mentioned in the below link about changes in workflow notifications in a Redwood style and format for procurement documents and transactions.

Is this going to change the current notifications or is it an opt in feature as this is not clearly called out in the documentation?
We checked our Dev instance where 25A is applied. We see that worklist notifications are same as existing notification (for both customized as well as standard notification where no customization is done). We do not see redwood notifications in DEV7
