Change Personal Information approval notification show secured while editing or adding phone details

Hi Team,

We are encountering an issue with "Change Personal Information: Phone Details" transaction.

Issue summary:

When the approver opens the notification templates it shows "secured" and cannot view the details of the transaction. Although when email detail are submitted same approver can view all those details as expected. Does anybody have faced this issue? please let us know if anyone has found the solution for this. We are thinking it has something to do with the data model. We are using the seeded one and approval notifications are coming in redwood equivalent template pages.
