need the SQl query which as fields like

  1. FIT Reduced subject witholdable
  2. FEDERAL TAX MARITAL STATUS
  3. FEDERAL NUMBER OF EXEMPTIONS
  4. STATE JURISDICTION INDICATOR
  5. YTD STATE TAXABLE WAGES(Combined Resident and Work State wages. Each state should be combined for a total Reduced Subject Withholdable )
  6. YTD STATE TAX WITHHELD(Combined Resident and Work State withheld. Each state should be combined for a total Withheld)
