Industry standard for importing bank statements

What is the industry standard if we get the account number used for importing the bank statements and account number for making the payments as two unique account numbers?

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

When we import bank statement in MT940 format than for account number it should route it through DFF created for account number instead of standard account number. We found under "Manage Formats" - "SWIFT MT940 Format" - "Transformation Program Type" - BI publisher, but could you please help us where we can find the standard template if we are at the right track?
