NATing of Public IP address to Physical IP address

Hi Experts,

I cannot find any information about port forwarding together with NAT in OCI. I do not mean a SSH session port forwarding, but personalized port forwarding like you can find in any simple router: src port, src ip, dst port, dst ip. Can you tell me if it there such a thing, and if not, then why?

We have to place files from compute instance to bank server.

Prereqs:

Install Snorker BX in OCI machine
Snorker BX machine to Bank Server on 443 - Unidirectional or birectional.
NATing of Customer Public IP address to Physical IP address of Customer Snorkel BX machine.
