Hi All,

 

Just wondering if anyone uses the OFSC modules to communicate directly with customers in regards to the status of the resource going to their site, and what the experiences have been like?

Have customers liked it?  Has it most commonly been done via email, SMS or Voice Recording?

Appreciate any feedback.
