Talent Profile approval

Hi Experts, If anyone has experience with the approval  for talent profiles, please share your insights. According to various forums and community discussions, Oracle states that when an employee adds their talent profile, it  goes for approval. If anyone other than employee adds the talent profile details the details are auto-approved. In our env,  we have observed that when an admin adds a person profile for any employee via the directory, it also triggers an approval request to the Admin's manager.

 

our requirement is employee adds, it goes for manager approval else self auto approve

 

How can we achieve this?
