Add Text New Contact Page - Redwood

We need to add a text warning message in the 'New Contact' section of the Family and Emergency page, specifically in the field 'What's the start date of this relationship?' However, we tried using VBS and couldn't find a way.

Does anyone know if it is possible? We would like to add a text instructing users to use the hire date.
