What setup is needed to enable "Hiring" skills successfully?

Summary:

Hiring skill does not work for question related to Candidate status. Getting error as per attached screenshot.

Note - We have enabled only 4 delivered skills - HCM / Approvals / Expenses / Hiring. So far, we have seen that all other skills are working fine except for the intent within the skill which is associated with checking on candidate status.
