Redwood - Change Working Hours transaction making working as a manager field to "No"

Hi Team,

If an employee assignment currently has "blank/null" value for working as a manager field, and when we perform change working hours transaction on the same employee, system is trying to make the working as a manager field to "No" from null value. We don't have this field enabled in UI for change working hours transaction.

We observed this as part of approval notification received for approver.

If employee assignment currently has "Yes/No" value for working as a manager field, then change working hours is not touching that field as expected.
