Transfer order routed via Sales order - Ship to Site# can't be null

Summary:

Hi We are using Manage Supply Order Enrichment rules to route the Transfer Order via Sales order way for shipping. We are able to create the transfer order . The transfer order shows below error message - Interface Status Order Management interface error

On further debug we found below error message

INTERFACE_STATUS_LOOKUP (ERROR_DOO)
INTERFACE_SOURCE_CODE (SCOTRACK)
INTERFACE_ERR_MSG_CODE (env:Server)
INTERFACE_ERR_MSG_TEXT (Ship to Site# can't be null. Please verify before submit the order.null )
COUNT_1_ (1)

please suggest if any setups are missing and how to correct this
