AHCS: Create Multiperiod Accounting not generating Journal Entries for second month onwards

Summary:

We have created a custom AHCS Application to cater to Multi Period Accounting.

The Rules are configured based on the Input Data which provides the details for whole period.

The Create Accounting Program is correctly generating the Journals for the total amount

The Create Multi Period Accounting for the First period is also generating the split amount for the first month
When submitting the Create Multi Period Accounting for the subsequent month, the Monthly Journals are not getting created.
