Job Requisitions page - tabs appearing across the top of page instead of down the left side

Summary: Job Requisitions page tabs are appearing across the top of page instead of down the left side - the tabs are missing completely when a requisition is opened

Hi

We have a user who is having an issue with the the tabs on the Job Requisitions pages. On the main Job Requisitions page - the Job Requisitions, Campaigns and Candidate Pools tabs are being displayed across the top of the page instead of down the left hand side. When they open a requisition, the tabs that should be down the left of the page (Overview, Details etc) are missing completely. I've attached screenshots showing the correct view followed by the incorrect view in both cases. The permissions of the user seem to be ok. Has anyone seen this before
