How to add text box in Opportunity Marketplace "Update Interests" page

Hi experts,

are below requests feasible using VBS?

• change "this information help us recommend relevant opportunities" text to more detailed instructions
• otherwise, add a text box between "Tell us about your interests" and "General" header to provide instructions to employees

I know User Interface Text tool works on redwood pages, but I'd avoid changing that sentences, on the other hand I did not find any guide I could study to develop above requests.
