Account Terminated without notice or reason - Two Days after account creation.
Hello,
I am writing to seek clarification and assistance regarding the sudden termination of my Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Free Tier account.
Recently, my account was terminated without any prior warning, explanation, or notification. I reached out to Oracle Support, and they responded with the following statement:
"As previously mentioned, your account has been terminated, and we are unable to provide additional information or reactivate it. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation."
I have always made a concerted effort to operate within the Free Tier limits and follow Oracle's terms of service. It has only been two days since I created the account, and I didn't even get a chance to try out the Cloud Computing Services - Nothing was set up and no data was transferred, so I don't understand the reasoning behind this termination. Kindly clarify and respond.
