Roles/Previlage Usage-Remove unused Roles /Previlages from the Users

We need the Report to extract the below Details to Remove unused Roles /Previlages.

Example :

1.Role Usage : When is the Last date Role used by the User

                ( For example: If the User have access to 4 Roles, He Might not have used  3 Roles for long time. We need to know when was he last used the Role)

2.Previlage Usage : When is the Last date Previlage used by the User

                ( For example: If the User have access to 1 Role, Role might consists of 10 Previlages.He Might not have used  3 previlages since long Time.

                  We need to know when was he last used the Previlage)
