Career Development – How to Populate “Current Level” Based on Most Recent Evaluation?

Hi,
we are working on the Career Development module and we would like to understand if it is possible to automatically populate the “Current Level” field with the latest evaluation result (based on evaluation date), regardless of its source — whether it is a self-assessment, manager assessment, external mapping, or other types.

Currently, it seems that the “Current Level” is manually set by the employee.
Our goal would be to have this field reflect the most recent evaluation available.
