Attribute for current grade of employee as per current date for compensation change statement

Summary:

Hi

We have configured a plan whose extraction date is 1st Jan 2025. When we generate the compensation statement, the grade of employee is populating as per 1st Jan 2025 although we want to populate the current grade of the employee. The attribute used is <?CURRENT_GRADE?>. If the statement will be generated on 1st Feb 2025, how to populate the new grade of employee on the ststement as per 1st Feb, 2025. We are not using promotion in the worksheet.
