Expiry Notification not prompted when talent profile items are close to expiry

Hey Team,

currently we have enabled the notification for expiry when profile items are nearly or have expired, in the talent notification section in the performance tab of my client groups.

Items like licencse and certification and other must prompt a notification when they are close to expiry.

However, this does not happen.

we would like to understand if this is an issue or if there is a set number of days before and after which an expiry notification is prompted?
