Automatic Employee Transfer of Goal Plans After Assignment Change

Hello everyone,

we’re currently facing a issue with goal plan management when an employee’s assignment changes — for instance, during global mobility or expatriation scenarios.

As of now, when the assignment is changed, the goal plan remains associated with the old assignment, which causes misalignment and manual effort for HR to realign goals under the new assignment.

What we would like to achieve is that, upon assignment change, the employee’s goal plan is automatically transferred to the new assignment without manual intervention.

Our questions:

Is it possible to configure such behavior in Oracle HCM Cloud?

Are there any standard tools, features, or setup options to enable this?
