How to apply Flexible Price Plan at Subscription Product level for a single item

We have configured some Subscriptions items with multiple charges for each of them : Recurring / One Time / Usage
Documentation says that : "Use this pricing strategy for subscriptions that use one-time charges, recurring charges, or usage-based charges. You have the flexibility to use the list price or net price as the pricing plan on which to calculate price adjustments."

Our understanding is that it is possible somehow to choose the single charge that you want to apply to a specific subscription product, event if the 3 charges are applied in the Pricing List.

However, we are noticing that every time we use that specific item, the 3 charges are always applied, which makes the billing summary not convenient to the business need.
