Driver's license category has Brazil and Germany in the dropdown

We have tested this for a German employee, while trying to add the Driver's license, there is an additional field for Driver's License Category and there are 2 values in the dropdown - Brazil and Germany.

Where are values coming from and why is the category 2 countries.
