How to disable Financial Reporting Center Icon from Other tab

Summary:

We have Financial Reporting Center icon enabled on Others tab that gives access to users to run FRS reports which contain sensitive financial information. We are trying to remove that icon from GL Inquiry ( read only) role ( custom role defined) to ensure Inquiry users do not have access to FRS reports.

Would like to know which seeded role and privilege provides / enables this icon.
