Time Lag for Two or More Approvers Simultaneously Approving a Journal Entry in General Ledger

In the General Ledger module, I set up Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) approval hierarchies to manage journal approval workflows.

In Oracle ERP, when I post a journal (let’s call it Journal X) requiring multi-level approval, there exists a level where two or more users (an approval group) have approval authority. Logically, once the journal reaches this level, only one user from the group needs to approve/reject it for the approval status of Journal X to be updated accordingly.
