Disable Claim button in FYI notification for PO implemented

Summary:

Hi All;

The FYI notification which is sent to Requester when PO is implemented; it is showing up a 'Claim' button.
How this can be disabled? Also would like to understand what purpose does it serve?
We didn't enable it anywhere but its showing up and confusing the requesters if they need to take any action.
