User should be able to view only the journals created by them in GL dashboard.

Hi Team,

Our business requirement is that the GL dashboard should show the journals requiring attention for the individual who is logged in and not show pending journals for other users/entire organization.

so that users can view journal entries status (pending, rejected, and approved entries) and take action if required.
